The Go series workouts are designed to be performed practically anywhere and with minimal equipment. The Go endurance is meant to be used in conjunction with the other Go workouts. Together these programs can be modified for any skill level. This program includes detailed instructions, video examples with verbal cues, and guaranteed performance gains.
In the Strength series, the exercise selection is geared around strength movements, using calisthenics and resistance training. We will guide you through the basics of minimalistic strength movements. If you are looking to improve your “functional strength”, the GO programs are a great start.
