The Go series workouts are designed to be performed practically anywhere and with minimal equipment. The Go Foundation is meant to be used in conjunction with the other Go workouts. Together, these programs can be modified for any skill level. This program includes detailed instructions, video examples with verbal cues, and guaranteed performance gains.
The foundation program is designed around corrective exercises for each of your joints and movement patterns. The order of the programs is not important; however, this is a great start. Let Parker and Chuck walk you through the basics using advanced video and workout designs.
